i bought a car from an individual, he failed to point out that had trouble changing the title to his name and the title itself, i later found out that it is void due to alterations to it with whiteout. The person he bought the car from is supposedly deported back to africa. The last time i spoke to him, she agreed to give me my money back but now he no longer answers his phone. i want to take him to court for my money and i'd like to know how to go about doing that.
