i was arrested (2nd) and im on probation, i was arrested for shoplifting (misdemeanor). i would like to know if i need to tell the judge that im on probation when i go to court. also will my probation officer know that i got arrested? i dont want to be violated. my first time getting arrested was a youthful offender so my record is sealed.
